Homework
1. Please read with your child every night.  This can be magazines, flyers, a home reading book, or a library book.  Your child should be reading both silently and out loud.  Comprehension is the overall goal of reading so it is important to have them discuss what they have read.  You can have them retell the story or answer who, what, where, and why questions.
